Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of products or services to consumers. They will contribute towards sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintain good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator will be required to regularly work across all depots, overseeing sales departments to ensure a smooth-running operation. They will support the Sales Manager to ensure machinery orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as always delivering exceptional customer service.
The main duties of the post are as follows:
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be the eyes and ears of the sales department as well as being the go-to person in the Marr office for the company's sales representatives to request additional information through.
To ensure all sales tickets have the relevant details in order to be submitted to the accounts team for invoicing.
To ensure that all Wholegoods on the Gold system have the relevant details such as Serial Number, Reg, Hours and photos.
To update the Wholegood section of the website with machine details and good quality photographs.
To deal with online Wholegood enquiries through the website and the office phone when sales representatives aren't present.
To ensure that the Wholegood database is accurate and kept up to date on a weekly basis.
To liaise with the sales manager in order to submit stock orders and deal sheets to manufactures .
To carry out full stock checks at all of the depots.
To ensure delivery notes processed and machines are received into stock on the same day they arrive.
To ensure that machines that are delivered straight to farm are singed up and paid out in advance of the Delivery?
Support the marketing Coordinator with new with machinery material
Flag any set price PDI's that you think are incorrect
Liaise closely with the Service department to ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion
Support the Sales Manager to ensure sales quotas and goals are met on a monthly basis
To Fulfil This Role You Must Have
A high level of organisation with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good people skills and the ability to develop relationships
A knowledge of Agricultural Machinery is desired order to thrive in this role
A strong competency in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
A willingness to spend time in the yard at all of our 4 sites
Coachable personality and highly motivated
