We are currently looking for an accomplished and talented Sales Coordinator to join our client in one of their vibrant East London offices. Working as part of a friendly and sociable team, you will ensure that the sales department runs smoothly.
The Successful candidate will be reaping the benefits of working for this Estate Agency who currently have multiple branches across London and the South East, they have been established for 25 years and have built huge connections with the local community. They offer excellent salary and prospects to their employees and have the highest retention levels in the industry with many of their senior team being with them from day one!
Responsibilities will include:
- Updating property details.
- Marketing
- Preparing sales documents
- Money laundering checks
- Providing support and assistance to the sales team
- Office management
- Previous property administration experience within a busy environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Polite & Efficient telephone manner
- First class customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Well presented.
