Lockinex UK Ltd is seeking a confident and professional Sales Co-ordinator to join our team in Eastbourne. This role is central to our daily operations, supporting sales activity, managing customer interactions, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers in a professional and confident manner Processing customer quotes/orders and accurately inputting them into our internal & CRM system Calling/chasing customers about quotations sent but not yet ordered Managing and processing online orders Responding to customer queries via email in a timely and professional manner Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, collections, and any issues Maintaining accurate customer and order records Assisting with general office and administrative duties as required Willingness to learn the company product range to aid in c

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

Professional and friendly approach to customers and colleagues Willingness to learn and understand the company's product range Confident on the telephone; candidates must not be timid when making communications on the phone Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills are essential, with a willingness to learn new systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Training will be provided for internal systems and processes

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 30-minute unpaid lunch break each working day

Salary & Benefits

27,000 per annum during 6-month probation 28,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays Additional day's annual leave for your birthday - once probation has been successfully completed.
