Sales Co Ordinator
Job Description
Hendry Hydraulics Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Sales Co-Ordinator for its manufacturing facility in Elgin ,Morayshire. Salary dependant on experience.
The role requires the following .
Processing of all sales orders
Acknowledgement of orders to clients
Inform clients of any delays or problems
Maintain and update sales and customer records
Ensure prices are correct in ERP system
Assisting with customer quotes
Experience an advantage but not essential in ERP /MRP systems , training would be provided
Proficient using Microsoft 365
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Assist Production Manager when required
Provide holiday cover to other departments when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
