As the Sales Coordinator, you will be a central hub for customer and sales team coordination. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of customer communication, CRM data integrity, and operational efficiency across the sales and onboarding process. You will play a proactive role in customer engagement, lead nurturing, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Ensure data integrity and timely entry of all new leads and customer interactions.
Sales Journey Coordination:
Guide new customers through the initial stages of the sales journey. Provide timely information, respond to queries, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage diaries and book appointments, demos, and surgeries for the field-based Business Development Manager.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with potential leads and qualify opportunities before passing them to the field team.
Customer Onboarding:
Support the full onboarding process, including documentation, system setup, and initial guidance.
Customer Account Management
: Act as a first point of contact for customer support issues, ensuring queries are addressed promptly or escalated appropriately.
Operational Support:
Monitor and track progress against KPIs, helping the Business Development Manager stay on target. Provide insights, summaries, and suggestions for process improvements.
Communication Excellence:
Maintain a high standard of communication with internal teams and external customers, aligning with Quoris3D's professional brand tone.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer support, sales administration, or CRM-based role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Tech-literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in the dental or medical sector is a strong advantage.
The role requires attendance at a one-week training programme held at our headquarters in Fermanagh.
