We are seeking a proactive and friendly professional to provide sales and administrative support, working closely with our team of surveyors and valuers to help drive the company's growth.

Role: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)
Office-based with flexibility to work from home following probation period
Responsibilities
(Client & Administrative Support)
Assist the Office Manager with handling the high volume of client enquiries at the start of the day (1 hour in the morning)
Respond to potential clients quickly and efficiently to ensure no opportunities are missed
Complete a number of different administrative tasks
Provide cover for the Office Manager during holidays or absences, ensuring continuity in enquiry handling.
(Business Development & Outreach)
Build, manage, and maintain relationships with referral partners including estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and housing associations
Develop and manage a referral system to drive consistent new business
Carry out outreach activities such as calls, emails, visits, and distribution of flyers
Maintain a database of partners (target: 40-50+ active contacts)
Regularly follow up with partners to strengthen relationships and secure ongoing referrals
Support wider sales initiatives to increase brand awareness and client base
Provide regular updates on referral performance and business development activity
Requirements and skills
Passion for growth, desire to learn and willing to develop within the company

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in person and on the phone
Full, clean driving licence
Experience
Diary management: 2 years (required)
Previous sales experience in real estate (5 years minimum)
Ideally, had been in a similar role but most likely with an estate agent or housing association
Ideally working on a relationship basis with business to business before

22,500 - 27,500 P.A (Based on experience)
