Sales Coordinator
Fareham
Temp - 3 month with possible extension
Hours - 08:30 - 17:00 (37.5 hpw)
IMMEDIATE START!
My client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial equipment and are seeking an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join the team with immediate effect in the busy office based in Fareham.
The suitable candidate will have experience in the below
- Deliver excellent customer service, show commitment to our team and is willing to learn about our products.
- Good attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
- Is mathematically sound and careful and confident with figures.
- Has proficient IT skills and is familiar with the usual Microsoft Office applications
- Communicating with customers by telephone and via email.
- Respond to customer enquiries either passing on to relevant external Sales Team or handling the enquiry internally by producing quotations and proposals.
- Maintaining all customer contact details on our database.
- Processing sales orders and payments from customers.
- Assisting with all types of customer queries.
- Liaising between company departments to ensure all customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements are fulfilled.
- Other general office assistance and duties.
