Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in the Sales growth and Administration of our bookings system.
The Pioneer Centre is an established Activity and Conference Centre providing services for Schools, Youth Groups, Faith Groups and Not for Profit Organisations.
The main purpose of this role:
To process all enquiries, maintaining accurate records and use the agreed systems
To research and contact new businesses relevant to the centre by telephone and email build relationships for new groups
To support the bookings administrator, guest services and liaise with other departments to ensure clear communication of client requirements
To work with the Marketing Team to help create relevant promotional material
