Proven experience in processing sale and dealing with customers
We are looking for a friendly and charismatic personality to join our energetic sales support team. This person will have exceptional communication skills, with a customer focused, can-do attitude. Putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, building and strengthening relationships will be a key aspect of the role, whilst delivering first class service.
As Sales Coordinator you will deal with a wide range of sales administrative tasks including but not exclusive to:
Sales order processing
Customer service administration
Sales team administration support
Credit control support
Maintenance of the HubSpot & other business administration systems
Work to the required quality and customer care standards of the company.
Be an integral and efficient member of the sales & marketing team, both internally & offering support externally.
About you:
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Positivity and enthusiasm are essential, along with a strong work ethic and flexible outlook. Customer service and administrative skills are desirable but not essential.
