Summary

We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team in the Hanley. This pivotal role involves supporting our sales efforts and ensuring excellent customer engagement to drive our growth and uphold our commitment to safety and wellbeing at work.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team in developing client relationships and expanding our customer base. Coordinate sales activities and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations. Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Contribute to the development of strategies to improve sales performance

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite.
