We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning 'Homes for Life' team. This pivotal role ensures a seamless customer journey--from initial enquiry through to legal completion and key handover--helping us deliver exceptional homes and outstanding customer experiences. As part of a supportive, family-led business with a strong reputation in the housing sector, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth sales processes and supporting our commitment to quality and service.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across all stages of the sales process. Your proactive, customer-focused approach will help ensure every client receives the highest level of care and attention.
What we are Looking For:
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in residential sales, property, or housing is desirable.
Knowledge of affordable housing products (e.g., Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy) is advantageous but not essential.

This is a full-time role based in our Lawford Head Office Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend work) there would be regular site visits across our developments
