Kendal Caravans is a multi-location dealership established in the North West, Lake District & Blackpool. The business is currently in its 3rd generation helping manage the business. An exciting opportunity has arised to employ a siting team to join the sales team where Kendal Caravans seek to tackle growth.

Duties

Sell our full range of leisure products: Holiday Homes & Lodges, Touring Caravans, Campervans & Motorhomes. Travel on the road visiting holiday parks minimum 1 day per week building and enhancing relationships. Look after trade accounts by keep them informed of what we offer and our support mechanisms as a dealership. Ensure all trade account information is updated on the website. Manage incoming enquiries across phone, email, website, and showroom channels. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales information. Prepare sales documentation including quotations, order forms, paperwork, and handover packs. Assist with the setting up of company shows and working away at national caravan shows.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role is required. People person with a positive attitude towards work whilst aligning with the businesses goals. Understands the management of trade accounts. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the industry or relevant products/services is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
