We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams, and helping to drive sales growth. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating meetings with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare reports on sales performance and assist in analysing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Organise promotional events and assist in the development of marketing materials.
Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications
There are no minimum academic requirements, although entrants typically possess GCSEs/S grades or equivalent qualifications. Training is normally provided on-the-job. NVQs/SVQs in Administration are available at levels 1 and 2.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
A proactive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of sales processes and techniques is an advantage.
