The Sales Team Coordinator helps our sales team to sell remarkable homes by carrying out key administrative duties. As a first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and assisting with listing updates, the Sales Team Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to our clients through a responsive, warm and informative approach.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:
Answering the phone and handling viewing enquiries
Listing status changes to the website and portals
Creating and sending mailers
Supporting all aspects of administration and marketing
Knowledge & skills
Experience in a customer-facing role
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
Adaptable and able to re-prioritise often
Strong communication (in person, on the phone and written)
An interest in architecture and design
Team
The Sales Coordinator reports to the Client Operations Manager and sits within the Client Services Team. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Sales Team.
