Key Responsibilities:
Liaising directly with customers and prospects to provide excellent service and support
Preparing and processing customer orders, delivery notes, and quotations
Answering incoming calls and managing day-to-day sales enquiries
Dealing with suppliers -- requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, and following up deliveries
Completing and maintaining new supplier and customer forms
Setting up new accounts and maintaining records accurately within our ERP system
Providing administrative and commercial support to the Sales Director
Assisting with general sales reporting and communication
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient
A confident communicator -- both on the phone and by email
Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ideally familiar with ERP or CRM systems
Keen to grow and develop as the business expands -- with the drive to take on more responsibility over time
