As a

Sales Coordinator,

your core tasks will include understanding the construction market, to create, build and maintain key relationships with employers. Along side this you will be targeted to sell.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30.

Salary:

27,000 per annum plus OTE. Full-time permanent position.

Location:

Bergstrand House, Parkwood Close, Plymouth, PL6 7SG.

Day to Day Duties:

Processing bids for courses, organising courses and liaising with Clients.

To be highly organised with excellent time management skills to ensure monthly targets are met and the best possible service is delivered to our Clients.

This role will involve interacting daily with current and prospective clients. You must have excellent written and verbal skills with experience of dealing with people over telephone, email and in person.

The role will require the candidate be on the phone selling various services provided by Greenlight Safety & Training

A detailed understanding of the current employer funding as well as the application processes through CITB will be preferred but not essential as training will be provided, this will help ensure that employers have access to all available funding. Full training will be provided if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous tele sales or/and face to face sales essential.

Proven track record of working to targets is essential.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft package

Be able to work to monthly targets and in a fast-paced environment

It is advantageous to have had exposure working within a busy and varied business environment, as well as having previous experience working in an educational setting and construction industry.
