The role: Sales Co-Ordinator - Internal

We are currently looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team in our Hilsea office, where you will be supporting the External Sales Force and our customers in providing the best possible customer experience. The role would ideally suit a customer focused individual with good communication and organisational skills

Main Responsibilities Sales Co-Ordinator - Internal

Provide daily administrative support to the external sales team and our customers, including preparing quotations, accurately processing orders, and managing client communications Identifies alternative approaches to maximise customer value and improve cost-effective solutions Proactive in answering and handling incoming calls Utilise the CRM software to maximise efficiency, track customer interactions, and drive high service levels Track and follow up open and outstanding quotes Monitor and oversee deliveries Project support where required Liaise with the production team to raise build requests Communicate and engage with customers providing updates

Skills & Experience - Sales Co-Ordinator - Internal

Customer Focused High attention to detail Proven organisational skills Good telephone manner and confident communication at all levels Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel The ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
