Role summary

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operation and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction as well as supporting both our internal and external sales team. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate sales quotations Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain positive client relationships and handle complaints Contact potential or existing customers to promote products or services Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally

Sales Operations

Assist sales representatives and managers with daily operations Track and follow up on sales leads Use CRM systems to update customer records and interactions

Logistics & Coordination

Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams Monitor order status and resolve delays or issues Liaise with marketing, finance, and operations departments

External Activities

Participate in external exhibitions and trade events Occasional overnight travel required

Skills & Experience

Personal Qualities

Enthusiastic team player Ambitious and eager to grow with the role Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Calm and professional telephone manner

Technical Skills

Experience in B2B and B2C customer service and order processing Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office CRM experience, preferrable not essential Full product and industry training will be provided

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
