Sales Support Coordinator
At Synectics, we're on a mission to help organisations fight fraud with innovative SaaS technology. As an established business entering a high-growth phase, we're expanding our team and looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to be the glue that keeps our commercial engine running.
You'll work closely with New Sales Executives (BDM) and Expansion Sales Managers (ADM), making sure leads are followed up, the sales pipeline is accurate, and deals flow smoothly from first contact through to successful delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can bring attention to detail, a proactive approach, and enjoy being at the heart of a team's success - this role is for you.
This is a foundational role with meaningful commercial impact, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in being a dependable force in a high-performing team. You will be closely involved in the full enterprise sales journey, key account management and supporting strategic engagements with Tier 1 Finance and Insurance clients as they tackle complex, industry-level challenges.
