About the Role



This is a

busy, varied role at the heart of our operations

-- supporting our sales team, processing client orders, liaising with suppliers, and keeping projects moving from quote to delivery.

It's a fast-paced environment where priorities can change by the minute, so we're looking for someone who thrives on variety and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged.

You'll need to stay calm, organised and focused -- even when your inbox is full and the phone's ringing.

You Must Have:



Excellent computer skills

- particularly in

Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)

. You'll use these every day and need to be confident troubleshooting and working efficiently across systems.

At least 2 years' experience

in an administrative or co-ordination role within a

fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

.

Exceptional attention to detail

and written/spoken English -- clear, professional communication is key.

The ability to prioritise and re-prioritise

quickly and independently -- shifting focus seamlessly depending on what's most urgent.

A proactive, self-managing mindset

- someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.

Physical capability to assist with stock and dispatch

when required.

Candidates who can show

longevity and commitment

in previous roles. Experience in a

branded merchandise, print, or clothing environment

- understanding proofs, lead times, and supplier processes. Experience supporting a

sales or client-facing team

, including preparing quotes, tracking orders, or liaising with suppliers.
