About the Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact in our busy office, managing a
high-volume phone system
with professionalism and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Booking property viewings, either directly with clients or in the company diary.
Handling
administrative tasks
, such as ensuring properties are market-ready, uploading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting customers at reception, and providing outstanding customer service.
Supporting the team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (half an hour unpaid lunch)
Every 3rd Saturday: 10.00 AM - 2:00 PM
