Vacancy - Sales Co-ordinator/Administrator

Due to our continued expansion and several new sites starting Henderson Homes now require an experienced Sales Coordinator and Administrator to assist with all aspects of new homes sales from initial enquiries right through to moving people into their dream homes.

The role would suit someone with experience in either new homes sales or from an estate agency background who is looking to move their career forward with a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Based at our offices in Knutsford but with developments across the region having a driving licence is essential.

The principal responsibilities include providing data to assist with land purchases, sales and marketing of new sites, liaising with estate agents, viewings, sales reservations and sales progression and some post completion customer care. We also have a small rental portfolio which requires some administration and management as well as other ad hoc office duties and supporting the Directors with various tasks.

This role requires someone with the same mindset to ensure that our customers journey is seamless, from start to finish.
