In this key role you will be the sole point of contact in our Customer Experience, from placing an order to delivery enquiries .You will work closely with your team, continually working towards improvement in performance and processes As part of a results focussed culture where the team are motivated and driven by efficiency, accuracy and delighting our customers, working on the 40 hours per week on a 08.00 - 17.00 shift Monday to Friday.
You will:
? Report to the Contact Centre Manager
? Manage a high level of inbound calls & customer service enquiries
? Identify & assess customer needs to achieve complete satisfaction
? Build good working relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
? Take time and go the extra mile
? Achieve or exceed personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quota's through orders processed and additional sales
? Follow communication procedures , guidelines & policies
? Promote morale and engagement within the team
? Suggest and embed any new processes to improve the department or customer experience
? Promote our stay safe culture in all of the activities and processes within the department
You will need to have:
Proven customer support experience along with experience of managing customer escalations. A track record of over achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Excellent communication skills An ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters You will be confident in assessment of customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
