About the Role:

As a

Sales & Customer Engagement Associate

, you'll be part of our frontline team, representing well-known brands and speaking to potential customers in person. The role is dynamic, interactive, and focused on helping people understand the services we represent.

You'll work as part of a team, be involved in daily coaching, and build skills you can use for life.

What You'll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers in residential or event settings Building rapport and confidently explaining services Representing trusted UK brands with professionalism Developing communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Taking part in group training sessions and regular team development

This is a performance-based role

- earnings are linked to results Typical team members earn

500+/week based on individual performance

Monday to Friday (some weekend availability optional)

Location:

You'll be based at our Slough office and working in various areas around Greater London as part of a team. This is an in-person role, not remote.
