Job Overview

We are a Paints and Resin manufacturer, supplying the trade with specialist coatings. We are looking for a motivated Sales / Customer Liaison professional to join our team. You will play a key part in developing strong relationships with customers, handling sales and enquiries, and supporting the office team. Duties

Build rapport with new and existing customers Monthly customer care calls Follow up on web sales and marketing emails Order entry, confirmation, and dispatch coordination Book and liaise with freight providers; provide customers with tracking information Follow up on quotes and sales leads Actively source new business via internet and social media Make proactive calls to potential and existing customers Support the Sales Director and Office Manager with additional tasks as required

Skills

Sales and customer service experience Previous office environment experience Confident telephone manner (must be comfortable calling new and existing customers) Organised and a strong team player Driving licence is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft and Excel is an advantage

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
