CP Packaging is growing fast -- and we're looking for a Sales & Customer Success Executive to help drive our growth, nurture customer relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences.

This role goes beyond sales. It's about making every customer feel supported and valued -- whether they come to us through our website, social media, or direct enquiries.

What You'll Do

From day one, you'll play a key role in both sales and customer success, including:

Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into loyal customers.

Following up on leads generated through our website and marketing activity.

Processing repeat orders quickly and accurately.

Responding to customer queries across social media, email, and CRM, ensuring communication is professional, friendly, and efficient.

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, helping customers get the most from our products.

Maintaining accurate CRM records, including pipelines and sales funnels.

Sharing customer insights to improve our products and services.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred).

Confident communicator -- especially on the phone -- with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and social media.

Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs and digital tools.

Customer-focused, proactive, and motivated to grow with the business.
