Red Kite is a boutique holiday home management company operating across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We're on a mission to raise the bar in short-term rentals by combining smart technology, exceptional service and a curated portfolio of design-led homes.

We saw a clear opportunity - most holiday letting felt outdated, impersonal and inefficient. So we're building a modern alternative - one that makes end to end full management effortless with the layers of flexibility that makes our service unique and bespoke to each owner. We treat homeowners as trusted partners and guests like valued clients, not transactions.

We have ambitious plans for growth - we currently have 100 high quality homes under management and have plans to grow to 500+ by 2030.

The Role



As Sales & Customer Success Manager, your focus is to bring high-quality homes into our portfolio by building genuine relationships with potential new clients. You'll be the first point of contact for owners interested in working with Red Kite, helping them understand how we work, what makes us different, and whether we're the right fit for them and their home.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role, not high-pressure sales. You'll speak to prospective owners over the phone and in person, visit their homes, and offer honest, expert advice about their property's short-let potential. You'll walk them through our service, answer detailed questions about pricing, operations, and tech, and guide them through the early stages of becoming a Red Kite client.

You'll stay involved throughout the early part of a home's journey, making sure the transition into our portfolio is smooth and well thought through. You'll work closely with the property owner and our internal teams to help each home start strong and set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities



Liaise with prospective owners via booked discovery calls and emails - qualifying both the property and the owner's goals Explain our service clearly and honestly, tailoring the conversation to each owner's needs and highlighting what makes Red Kite a unique and strong option Visit homes in person to meet clients and walk through the property, offering practical insight on how to maximise its short-let potential (e.g. design, layout, amenities) Prepare accurate month-by-month income projections and clearly outline all associated fees and processes Collaborate with owners on early-stage setup actions, including maintenance, compliance, photography, and more Ensure a clear, thorough handover to internal teams, with ongoing involvement and support as needed during the early weeks Manage your pipeline with consistency - following up, offering helpful advice, and keeping things moving Proactively explore new ways to bring in potential new clients, including referrals, partnerships, and outbound outreach Share insights with the wider team to help improve our service, tools, and messaging

What Success Looks Like



Signing 6-10 new homes per month that meet quality and profitability standards Converting 30%+ of qualified inbound leads into signed clients Maintaining a well-organised pipeline and consistently strong communication with potential owners Helping each new home launch smoothly through close collaboration with clients and internal teams Identifying and testing new channels to bring in future business, e.g. referrals, partnerships, or outreach ideas

About You



A strong, natural communicator - able to build trust quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and explain things clearly Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and in person, and genuinely interested in getting to know owners and their homes Motivated by results, but focused on long-term relationships and the right fit - not pushing for short-term wins at the expense of trust, quality or owner satisfaction Organised and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a pipeline and follow up reliably Commercially sharp - able to spot good opportunities and prioritise your time effectively Comfortable with both remote and in-person meetings Have a full UK driving licence Must have own car for travelling between properties

Bonus If You Have



Experience in property, hospitality, or other service-based businesses Knowledge of short-let trends or regulations in the UK An existing network in real estate, property services, or related sectors

Benefits



Basic salary of 35,000 - 40,000 (dependant on experience) + uncapped commission. OTE 45-50k Company stock options in the business 45p per mile reimbursed for business related travel 25 days holiday per year.
