Job Description

To work as a member of our customer services team providing a professional and efficient service to our customers ,distributors and agents, to achieve a high level of service and customer satisfaction .

The successful applicant will possess :

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
a confident and polite telephone manner
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
the ability to work in a team , use their initiative and have a flexible attitude.
A good understanding of Microsoft 365 and have good PC skills.
full capacity to recognise and distinguish between different colours.
an ability to prioritize workload

Pay: 26,300.00-27,000.00 per year
