We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills and administrative experience to effectively support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Research & Target customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
Ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up on leads.
Work with the Marketing Team for new initiatives
Plan and organise webinars, help with trade shows and attend regional networking events.
Support all admin activities for the sales process
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer literacy is essential.
Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management.
Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Administrative experience that supports sales functions is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Good knowledge of SaaS sales & lead generation techniques
Work in a startup environment
