What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads across SME and individual markets
Booking qualified appointments for our Advisors to close
Using a consultative approach to understand client needs and open up opportunities
Working to achievable KPIs with
uncapped earning potential
Representing Cransford with professionalism, energy, and confidence
What We're Looking For:
A self-starter with telesales or phone-based experience (PMI/insurance ideal but not essential)
Hungry to earn and grow within a company that rewards effort and results
Confident communicator with natural rapport-building skills
Organised, reliable, and proactive, this role needs someone who wants to go places*
What You'll Get:
25,000-27000 base salary DOE

6K+ OTE in year one
