Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within designated markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to tailor solutions effectively. Manage sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Administrative support within Sales Team.

Experience



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry sector. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights effectively. Experience using CRM platforms for managing sales activities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment. This is an Office and Field based role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 28,000.00 per year
