Sales Development Executive

to join our dynamic and ambitious team.

The Role

As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating and developing new business opportunities across

vehicle hire, flexible rental and contract hire solutions whist maintaining existing client relationships

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and developing new B2B customers Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries Promoting Westwood's vehicle hire, flexible hire and contract hire products Building long-term relationships with SME and fleet customers Preparing quotations and following up opportunities through to close Working closely with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipelines

What We're Looking For

Proven sales or business development experience (automotive, vehicle hire, leasing or fleet experience preferred but not essential) Strong communication and negotiation skills A confident, proactive and target-driven attitude Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Organised, reliable and commercially minded Full UK driving licence preferred
