The Role
We're looking for
ambitious, competitive, and coachable Sales Development Executives
(known internally as Move Executives) to join our high-performing sales team.
Your primary responsibility is to engage movers in high-quality conversations that identify needs, build value, and
create qualified sales opportunities for our Sales Specialists
.
You are the first critical step in the sales journey -- setting the tone, establishing trust, and ensuring each opportunity is handed over with clarity and momentum.
You'll be supported with structured onboarding, continuous coaching, and clear performance expectations -- all designed to help you succeed quickly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Executive, you will:
Strong understanding of sales behaviours, objections and performance drivers
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers
Build rapport quickly and conduct confident, needs-led conversations
Clearly explain Just Move In's service and value proposition
Identify and
create qualified sales opportunities
aligned to defined criteria
Consistently work towards and exceed individual sales targets
Accurately update CRM systems and follow defined sales processes
Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and professionalism
Actively engage in coaching, training, and performance development sessions
What We're Looking For

Sales-driven and target-motivated
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
Confident communicators with strong listening skills
Coachable, resilient, and open to feedback
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Motivated by performance, progression, and personal development
Previous sales or contact-centre experience is highly desirable
