The Role



We're looking for a

driven, target-obsessed Sales Development Executive

who loves sales and thrives on results.

This is a performance-led role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, selling by chat, having real conversations, and turning interest into action. You'll be speaking with women and parents who are already interested in improving their confidence, fitness, and wellbeing. Your job is to guide them into the right Elite programme.

This is not a passive role.
This is for someone who enjoys targets, momentum, and winning.

What You'll Be Doing



Making outbound and follow-up calls to warm and new leads Selling by chat to warm leads Speaking to prospective members about Elite's programmes Qualifying leads and converting enquiries into bookings or sign-ups Managing and updating CRM systems accurately Following up consistently and professionally Working towards clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Continuously improving your performance through feedback and coaching

Full-time role Hybrid working model (largely remote) Some office-based days for training, collaboration, and team sessions
