Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents to drive sales growth.
Plan and manage your own diary to ensure consistent agent engagement.
Deliver engaging training sessions on If Only'sluxury travel portfolio, including Africa, Arabia, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, the Pacific, Caribbean, Europe, Indian Ocean, and the Americas.
Identify new business opportunities aligned with our growth strategy.
Represent If Onlyat trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Submit weekly reports with insights, feedback, and recommendations.
Monitor agent performance and collaborate with the Head of Sales on improvement plans.
Track competitor activity and share market intelligence with the wider team.
Host and support high-quality events and training to enhance product knowledge and brand loyalty.
Person Specification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a travel agency or travel sales role.
Proven ability to influence, persuade, and build trusted relationships.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to assess sales performance.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Confident, engaging personality with a genuine passion for luxury travel.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Adaptable and proactive in responding to market trends and business needs.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Scotland and Ireland.
