Overview



As an SDR at EPX, you'll be on the front line of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential clients that fit our Target Customer Profile (TCP). Your goal is to create meaningful first conversations, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls for our Business Development Managers. This is an ideal role for someone ambitious, energetic, and motivated to launch or grow a career in B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and research new potential clients that match our TCP (50-200 users, scalable businesses within a 2-hour radius of EPX HQ). Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and post to engage new prospects. Follow up consistently to build awareness and trust. Qualify leads based on pain points, IT maturity, and potential fit for EPX services. Book discovery calls for Business Development Managers with high-quality prospects. Maintain light-touch contact with prospects over time through regular follow-ups, social engagement, and updates on EPX news or insights. Work closely with the Marketing team to align outreach with campaigns. Report weekly on KPIs--calls made, emails sent, conversations held, and discovery calls booked.

What We're Looking For



Confident communicator with excellent phone and written communication skills. Highly motivated and target-driven. Resilient and able to handle rejection positively. A proactive attitude with a genuine curiosity about technology and business improvement. Organised and comfortable managing multiple outreach threads simultaneously. Previous experience in sales or customer engagement is helpful but not essential.

KPIs



Number of new prospects added to CRM per month. Number of outbound calls/emails per week. Number of discovery calls booked. Conversion rate from outreach to qualified opportunity.

Performance Targets & Commission Structure



The SDR role includes a commission structure designed to reward high performance and consistency in lead generation.

25 bonus per booked discovery call (qualified by BDM criteria). 100 bonus per opportunity that progresses to proposal stage. Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding lead and meeting targets.
Monthly Target Benchmarks:

150 calls per week. 30 new qualified leads per month. 8 discovery calls booked per month.
