THE OPPORTUNITY
We seek an entrepreneurial Sales Development Manager with a hunter mentality to drive strategic business development across the UK automotive aftermarket, fleet, industrial, and motorsport sectors. This field-based role focuses on generating new business opportunities and establishing ENEOS as the premium Japanese alternative to European lubricant brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Market Development
Identify and penetrate high-value segments: professional workshops, fleet operators, OEM dealerships, performance specialists
Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies differentiating ENEOS from mainstream competitors
Provide competitive intelligence on pricing, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities in premium lubricants
Develop comprehensive territory plans with clear targeting strategies and revenue objectives
Launch new ENEOS product lines and drive market share gains in targeted segments
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Proactively hunt new business opportunities across automotive aftermarket and industrial sectors
Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in fleet management, commercial operations, and industrial applications
Drive ENEOS product specification by demonstrating superior fuel economy, extended drain intervals, and TCO advantages
Develop distribution partnerships with motor-factor groups, automotive distributors, and buying groups
Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through specification, trial, and long-term partnership development
Achieve revenue targets through strategic account development and new customer acquisition
Market Engagement & Competitive Intelligence
Maintain active market presence through regular customer visits, industry events, and technical demonstrations
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product developments to identify differentiation opportunities
Represent R5 Lubricants at trade shows, motorsport events, technical seminars, and industry forums
Leverage ENEOS's motorsport heritage and technical innovation to attract performance-oriented customers
