Job Description

We are a London based washroom service company located in Croydon who provide essential services for establishments in Central London and Home Counties. Services include sanitary bins, air fresheners, vending machines, air sterilisers and dust control/ logo mats, sold on annual service agreements.

We are seeking a special individual who maybe returning to work and has previous sales experience in a different sector who can bring new ideas and drive to a an established company looking to grow. The applicant must be a self starter who is driven by targets and capable of generating new business.

Ideally you will already have a proven track record in sales and experience of developing new business from outbound calls and face to face meetings, selling to Senior decision makers. Part of the role will also involve up selling to existing customers. This will include Private Businesses, Facilities Companies, Cleaning Companies, Schools, Colleges and Universities.

We expect your working week to be split between cold calling from the office and field sales. . Expenses for travelling will be paid monthly. There will also be a commission structure for new sales.

Key Requisites for this job are:-

Exceptional Interpersonal skills and the ability to make new sales. Smart, happy and outgoing personality. Experience of developing relationships, influencing and negotiating with management to secure new business. Experienced in Networking and marketing. Excellent communication skills - presentation, written and verbal Good working knowledge of Microsoft software. Time management and organisational skills Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle when necessary
