Achieve Your Targets - Ensure the team operates to achieve its target-driven! Every individual will have clear objectives and key outbound results (OKRs) to meet, to be able to contribute to Oracle's growth
Engage & Influence - Drive the team to reach out, cold call and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities
Always foresighted - Ensure the team maintains a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads
Develop the team - Be responsible for the development of the team skillset, and for the development of their sales skills
Collaborate & Succeed - Collaborate closely with the sales organization, and with all the Marketing and Sales Excellence functions, to ensure succesfull execution of the designed campaign.
Measure: Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks
