We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by selling the Digital Marketing Growth program to dental brands across the UK and the US.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and prospect potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, focusing on dental brands in the UK and US. Execute effective sales strategies to close B2B deals, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Utilise our inbound lead generation (experience preferable but not essential). Demonstrate strong communication skills both in written and verbal forms. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:



2+ years of experience in successfully closing B2B sales. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Strong organisational and time management skills. Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently. Money-motivated with a strong work ethic. Business acumen and strategic thinking.
