Sales Development Representative (SDR)



Location: In-office (East Midlands)



Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)



Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 + Bonus

The Role



We're looking for a

driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to spearhead outbound growth and book qualified sales meetings for our Sales team.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners -- identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with DTC brands that would thrive with SCEND's fulfilment services.

This is not for everyone, its not a clock-in, clock-out job -- we're looking for someone who wants to build something great, who gets a buzz from winning, and who thrives on momentum.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity (email, LinkedIn, calls). Manage your own prospecting pipeline -- from research to outreach to qualification. Maintain a professional and consistent LinkedIn presence, building credibility and visibility. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Track and report progress in CRM systems (HubSpot). Continuously refine messaging, prospecting strategy, and outreach campaigns.

Consistently booking

5-10 qualified meetings per month

with target DTC brands. Building a

reputation

SCEND's culture.

Growing into a senior business development or leadership role as the company scales.
