Ready to launch your career in B2B tech sales? You're in the right place.
We're not going to pretend this is easy. Being a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is hard work. You'll face rejection, you'll have tough days, but if you're willing to put in the effort, we'll help you build a genuinely rewarding career in B2B tech sales (and earn lots of money!)
We're a sales development company that works with B2B sales teams to generate qualified pipeline. Our job is simple: find the right people, have the right conversations, and book meetings to help clients turn that into revenue.
Your job is to cut through the noise, understand decision makers challenges, and position our clients as the solution.
What Makes Us Different
We're obsessed with excellence -
Our clients trust us to represent their brand. That means every call you make, every email or LinkedIn message you send, needs to be done right. We do not do half-arsed outreach, or spray and pray tactics. We do proper research, personalized messaging and consultative conversations. This standard of excellence applies to everything we do. How we onboard you, how we coach you, how we support you when things get tough. We expect a lot, because we give a lot.
Relentless learning & development -
Sales is a skill you can learn, but only if you're willing to constantly improve. We run regular training sessions, roleplay scenarios, and feedback loops to help you get better every single week. But here's the thing: we can't want it more than you do. You need to show up ready to learn, take the feedback and implement what we teach.
Smashing targets and making money -
We pay a solid base salary depending on your experience, but where you really earn is commission. Hit your targets and you'll take home meaningful money. Smash your targets and you'll earn more than most! The commission structured is uncapped, and achievable. Book more meetings, earn more money - simple!
Actually having fun -
The definition of the word company literally means a group of people with a shared objective. Whilst we drive a culture of excellence, we also drive a culture of togetherness, work hard, play hard attitude. We've built a culture where people genuinely like coming to work. We celebrate wins, enjoy team lunches, quarterly socials and regularly do hospitality visits taking clients out.
What You'll Actually Do Every Day
Let's be specific about the role:
Plan your day and time block activities
Review which accounts your targeting, map the relevant decision makers and research relevant context.
Start outreach, primarily using the phone - you'll be making 50-70 calls per day
Throw in some tailored emails or LinkedIn outreach to reach the ones who don't pick up the phone.
Handle objections, have genuine conversations and qualify prospects
Book meets directly into our client's calendars.
Speak with the client and discuss progress we're making
Share insights and feedback around the voice of the customer - what's working and how can we improve?
The results we expect:
Consistent activity: hitting your daily call and email targets
Quality conversations: not just dials, but meaningful discussions
Booked meetings: qualified prospects who show up and are genuinely interested
Client satisfaction: representing our clients' brands with excellence
Some days you'll book three meetings before lunch and feel unstoppable. Other days you'll get rejected 50 times in a row and question your career choices. Both are normal. The key is showing up consistently and trusting the process.
Who We're Looking For
Honestly? We care more about attitude than experience.
Yes, previous sales experience helps. But we're looking more for the right attitude, transferable skills, and someone that we can mould into a superstar.
Here's what actually matters:
Resilience
- You'll hear "no" far more than "yes." Can you dust yourself off and make the next call with the same energy?
Coachability
- Are you willing to take feedback, even when it stings? Can you admit when you're wrong and adjust your approach?
Work Ethic
- This isn't a clock-in, clock-out job. You need to care about your numbers and put in the effort to hit them.
Competitiveness
- Do you hate losing? Do you want to be top of the leaderboard? Good. Use that.
Curiosity
- Can you ask good questions? Do you actually listen to answers? Can you understand a prospect's world?
Accountability
- When you miss target, do you own it and figure out what to fix? Or do you make excuses?
Skills we need:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable on the phone - this is a calling role
Decent writer - your emails need to be clear and professional
Organized - you'll be juggling multiple clients and hundreds of prospects
Tech-savvy enough to learn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools
Bonus points for:
Any B2B sales or customer-facing experience
Understanding of tech/SaaS (but we can teach this)
Natural competitiveness and drive to win
