Responsibilities Include:

As a Sales Development Representative in our Business Finance team, you will play a crucial role in connecting UK businesses with the right funding solutions. Your responsibilities will include outreach efforts such as prospecting, qualifying leads, and promoting Charles & Dean's panel of lenders and range of unsecured lending products. You'll be the first point of contact for businesses exploring funding options, creating a strong first impression and helping to guide them on their journey.

You will support our fast-growing team by:

Playing a vital role in outbound sales & marketing activities Supporting Business Finance Specialists and senior colleagues Prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging with business owners and decision-makers Leading the initial stages of a sales pipeline Maintaining accurate CRM records and Business Finance platform data Creating a strong first impression of Charles & Dean's brand and values

The Candidate:

Strong verbal & written communication skills Evident ambition and motivation to build a career in finance Aptitude for customer service and relationship-building Computer literacy and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently under pressure
