The Role: What You'll Be Doing
After comprehensive onboarding and product training, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward:
Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads
Engage prospective customers and qualify them for further consultation
Book high-quality appointments for Account Executives
Build and maintain strong relationships through email, phone, and CRM
Contribute to lead generation, pipeline development, and team success
Stay informed about trading trends and competitor activity
Smash daily and monthly KPIs in a high-performance culture
We're Looking For:
Energetic, motivated self-starters who want to learn and succeed
Previous sales, telesales, or BDM experience (helpful, not essential)
Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication
Resilience, confidence, and competitive spirit
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads
Tech-savvy with a keen interest in trading or finance (a bonus!)
Full UK work authorisation
