The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative
to join our growing team. This is a
proactive outbound sales role
with a strong international focus. You'll work directly with the founders as we expand into Europe.
This isn't your typical software SDR job. You'll be helping customers buy and sell high-value machinery -- tractors, diggers, telehandlers -- across borders. These are major business decisions, and trust is everything. That means fast responses, clear communication, and integrity in every interaction.
You'll focus on outreach and lead generation, but you'll also play a role in supporting European sales operations using your second language.
Responsibilities
Prospecting new buyers and sellers through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social outreach
Meeting lead generation and qualification targets
Researching prospects and sending personalised outreach at scale
Building trust with buyers and sellers through responsiveness and honesty
Supporting the wider sales process as needed -- we're a small team, and you'll get exposure to it all
Assisting with operations and buyer education in your second language (Spanish, French, German, or Polish)
Your Attributes
Fluency in English + one of:
Spanish, French, German, or Polish
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads
Integrity -- your word matters, and our customers need to know they can trust you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally
A team player with a self-starter mindset and commercial curiosity
