Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive salesperson to engage with a high number of specifiers, architects, and industry professionals in order to have our products specified within build projects throughout the UK. Office based, you will play a crucial role in developing our company profile and product portfolio within the heritage and new build construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve defined sales and productivity targets on a consistent basis.
Use our lead generation database along with other sources of information to Identify new-build and restoration projects and contact architects and principle contractors.
Collaborate with our technical team to provide additional product knowledge, application advice, offer training to architect practices and develop tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and decision makers.
Requirements:
Previous sales or telesales experience is essential.
Experience within the construction or related sector would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with industry professionals at all levels.
Experience using lead-generation tools and CRM's would be beneficial.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Renumeration Package:
Up to 32,000 annual earnings
22,000 Annual basic salary.
10,000 bonus scheme.
