Responsibilities and Duties:
Present, promote and sell products/services either through phone calls, e-mails or meetings, using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Market research and reaching out to potential customers
Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and keeping records of customer interactions, meetings, transactions, comments, and complaints as well as establish new customer accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or e-mail addresses
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions - product training after recruitment
Interact with customers to solve issues and questions about products and services Be able to manage large amounts of phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to leads and colleagues
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues

Requirements/Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven
Good selling, presentation, negotiation and communication skills as well as prioritizing, time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
Experience working with customer support or with large groups of people
General education required or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Must be willing to take part in required initial training
Willingness to become familiar with the products and services of the company
Driver's license and own car - preferred
