Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative located in Colchester. The Sales Development is all about

competing head-to-head

: you'll be working to generate and qualify leads, then passing them through to our junior and senior brokers. The better you perform, the faster you progress.

Junior Broker role

, with clear progression routes for those who prove themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, research, and engage potential clients. Qualify opportunities and book appointments with brokers. Generate healthy competition by striving to outperform your SDR teammate. Keep accurate records in our custom-built CRM. Build a strong understanding of business owners' challenges and funding needs. Develop the foundation skills to progress into a Junior Broker position.

Qualifications

Experience in

inside sales

or

lead generation

(preferred but not essential). A competitive, target-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to learn. A genuine desire for

career progression

in financial services.
