What You'll Be Doing

This is an outbound sales role fast-paced, high-energy, and focused on making first contact with the right people. You'll be on the phones a lot, starting smart conversations and opening doors for our senior team to do the rest.

We won't sugar coat it, this is a high-activity role. You'll be expected to make a significant number of calls each day across multiple channels, but you won't be left to figure it out alone. You'll have the tools, training, and support to work efficiently and stay motivated.

Your day-to-day will include:

Starting conversations: Use cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels to reach decision-makers. Driving volume: This role suits someone who's comfortable with high outreach and knows how to keep energy up. Hitting clear targets: You'll work to achievable KPIs around activity, leads, and meetings booked. Qualifying leads: Identify real opportunities and hand them over at the right moment, laying the foundation for the team to succeed. Supporting deals: Join demos and client calls to help keep the momentum going. Staying sharp: Stay informed on the market, tech trends, and what matters to our clients. Improving the process: Your feedback will help shape how we prospect, sell, and grow.
What We're Looking For

You'll need the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a real appetite for outbound sales. This isn't just a foot in the door, it's a chance to build a proper sales career in a growing company.

Ideally, you'll bring:

1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales. Confidence making cold calls and clarity when writing follow-ups. CRM experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar. A self-starting mindset and resilience when things get tough. A genuine interest in telecoms and tech (experience in either is a strong plus). Familiarity with frameworks like SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC or just good listening skills.

Perks & Pay

27,000-30,000 base salary. Uncapped commission structure. Hybrid working with2-3 days in our Croydon office, and the rest remote. Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends). Supportive and friendly work environment. Clear career progression with leadership pathways
