ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CameraMatics, on a daily basis, you will be responsible for sourcing pipeline for our UK business, generating opportunities via outbound outreach.
In this role, you will:
Work directly with Business Development to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to prospects via phone, emails and LinkedIn and book meetings for the BDM Team.
Partner with Management across functions to help build and shape CameraMatics European business.
Become a product expert and learn the CameraMatics way of selling.
Keep detailed records of interactions with accounts in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
Experience in sales, with 12 months experience in a lead gen sales role minimum
Experience in volume cold calling prospects (outbound lead generation) +70 calls per day
Highly motivated and committed, with strong desire to work in target driven sales.
Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
Curious and able to ask insightful questions.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
A champion of a Growth Mindset
Highly Proficient in English
